University of Manchester Conducted an Admission Interview on Students of NCEPU

On March 16th, Mr. Geoffbaines and Ms. Wang Zhongdong from School of Electric and Electronic Engineering of the University of Manchester conducted an admission interview on 22 students of 2+2 Chinese-UK Cooperatively-running class on Baoding campus. All the 22 candidates whose IELETS scores are 6.0 or above and GPA higher than 80, are recommended by International Educational College. In the interview, two teachers communicated with the candidates on specialized course patiently and explained the possible difficulties in their future study in detail respectively. After the interview, the teachers approved our students’ knowledge acquisition ability, praised the achievement of our students and finally decided to extend the offers from 9 to 14. University of Manchester is one of the partners of the Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run program of NCEPU. It is located in the center of Manchester, the traffic terminal, industrial and scientific center of north UK. Up until now, University of Manchester has cultivated 23 Nobel Prize winners, almost 1/4 of the total UK Nobel Prize winners. It ranks 6 in the UK universities according to Times and 43 in the world top 200 universities.
