NCEPU Singed Associated Cultivation Agreement with Mongolian University of Science and Technology

On the morning of March 13th, the signing ceremony for  associated cultivation agreement of NCEPU and Mongolian University of Science and Technology was held in Meeting-room 2 in the Administration Building. Mr. Liu, president of NCEPU, attended the ceremony and exchanged ideas with Mr. B. Damdinsuren, president of Mongolian University of Science and Technology and other guests over student exchanges, teachers´ communication and cooperation in science and technology.

 

 

 

 

    During the ceremony, Mr. Liu gave a brief introduction to the historical evolution, schools, teachers and students of NCEPU and expressed the wish to realize deep and extensive cooperation with Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Mr. Liu said that energy, electricity and environment protection were subjects that both universities had to concern about and that NCEPU was dedicated to the development of new energy. Last year, the Renewable Energy School was founded and the wind power major was set up. It was the first time for a Chinese university to have this major. A quick development was witnessed in wind power utilization, the majority of which was found in Inner Mongolia. Therefore, we would be sure to find much common interests and make achievement through giving full scope to advantages of both sides. As a response, Mr. B. Damdinsuren believed cooperation with NCEPU meant a major progress in foreign communication and cooperation, and looked forward to the achievement by cooperation between both parts.

    Then Mr. Liu also discussed student exchange, young teachers academic communication and scientific research with those guests from Mongolian University of Science and Technology.

    Batbay Tuder (vice president of Mongolian University of Science and Technology), Khaltar Enkhjargal (president of Electrical Engineering School of Mongolian University of Science and Technology), Xu Hong (president of Energy and Power Engineering School of NCEPU), Liu Yongqian (president of International Education School), Duan Chunming (deputy director of International Cooperation Office) attended the signing ceremony and the following discussion as well.

 

     After the signing ceremony, the guests from Mongolian University of Science and Technology visited key laboratories of NCEPU.
