Under the NO.299 document of humanities and social sciences studies, Ministry of Education, 3 of the 19 general items submitted by North China Electric Power University in 2009 acquired auspices totaling 210,000 RMB. They are Cai Limin from Human and Social Sciences School, 70,000 RMB fund; Kong Feng from Economic Management School (Baoding Campus), 70,000 RMB fund; and Meng Xianglin from Human and Social Sciences School (Baoding Campus), 70,000 RMB fund.
