2009 NCEPU Conference on Party Conduct and Honest Government Construction, Disciplinary Inspection, Supervision, and Auditing, Was Held

On the afternoon of March 27th, the 2009,NCEPU view Conference on Party Conduct and Honest Government Construction, Disciplinary Inspection, Supervision and Auditing was held. The main coference center was set in the Auditorium of Teaching Building Three, and the branch coference was in the Academic Hall (located on the first storey of the Complex Building at Baoding Campus). The Conference further studied and implemented the guidelines of the Third Plenum of the 17th Session of CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Disciplinary Inspection and that of Disciplinary Inspection, Supervision Conference of national education system, summarized the work of conduct and honest government construction, disciplinary inspection, supervision, and auditing of the Partyof NCEPU in 2008 , and assigned the work in 2009.

    The Conference was presided over by President Liu Jizhen. Wu Zhigong, Secretary of NCEPU Party Committee, delievered an important speech at the conference, and Li Shuangchen, Vice Secretary of NCEPU Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, made a work report. Zhang Jinhui, Hao YingjieVice Secretary of NCEPU Party Committee), Zhang Jinhui and Hao Yingjie Vice President Li Heming, Lei Yingqi, Li Chengrong, Yang Yongping and Sun Pingsheng presented the meeting.

    Secretary Wu Zhigong made requirements that all units should earnestly study and carry out the 2009  work arrangements combind with practical, and he also put forward three points.

    First, further study the speech of General Secretary Hu Jintao, made in the Third Plenum of the 17th Chinese Communist Party´s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,so as to achieve unity in spirit and promote awareness.

    Second, take the opportunity of implementing the Scientific Outlook to boost party conduct and honest government construction, corruption combat, and probity building.

    Third, carefully study the requests of General Secretary Hu on ranks of cadres, and improve and enhance Party spirit education and work style of cadres at all levels.

    In addition, Vice Secretary Li Shuangchen made a report entitled “NCEPU Party Conduct Construction, Corruption Combat and Probity Building with the Guidance of  Scientific Outlook on Development”.
