Xu Yanping said that, in-charge leaders, trainer teachers and the other staff of NCEPU worked hard to create a good learning and living environment for all students in the past month. All students learned China power plant centralized control operation through seminars, inspection and other forms. Every student carefully learned, actively participated in activities and closely worked with teachers and students of NCEPU. They not only learned a lot but made a strong bond of friendship. Xu hoped that, the students would integrate theory with practice and put them to use to promote the development of electricity and to build bridges for mutual friendship and cooperation.

        Zhang Jinhui addressed that, the development of power electricity was the only way for developing countries to improve people's living standard and to boost the economy. In the process of developing the electric industry, China accumulated a lot of experiences, which provided references to developing countries. China is willing to share its experiences obtained from developing power electricity with developing countries through foreign-aid training, in order to develop power electricity on a higher stage and a higher platform. Zhang expressed that, the students already became our excellent alumni. And he also hoped that, the students would keep in touch with peers in the electricity field, exchange experiences, share achievements and seek common development in the future.

        Hassouni, from Palestine, on behalf of the students, expressed thanks to MOFCOM, Hebei Commerce and NCEPU. He said that, he learned a lot and would leave with fruitful results. Meanwhile, everyone would try hard to establish friendly and cooperative relations between China and other countries in power industry.
