Beijing Campus of NCEPU Welcomed Newly Enrolled Students

        On Sept. 6th and 7th, thousands of new students from all over the country entered NCEPU. This year, NCEPU has enrolled 5546 undergraduates with better quality, among which Beijing Campus recruits 2988 postgraduates in total.

        School leaders paid great attention to freshman orientation. Wu Zhigong, party secretary and Liu Jizhen, president of NCEPU gave important instructions. On the morning of Sept. 7th, Hao Yingjie, the vice-secretary, Sun Zhongquan, the vice-president and officials of students affair department visited the admission site to inspect the work.

        To meet the school’s 55th anniversary, NCEPU showcased the achievements of excellent alumni and supervisors to educate new-comers. They not only helped freshmen deeply understand school’s history and culture, integrate into NCEPU and love it, but encouraged students to grow up and to achieve success in NCEPU.

 

        To complete freshman orientation successfully, our school actively planned from the aspect of new students. Volunteers selected by school youth league committee and student union tended new comers affectionately and patiently at temporary reception. They handed out brochures like school map and school overview to new comers and parents. In addition, our school provided resting and drinking areas for students and parents who experienced a long journey.

        At the same time, “Green channel” started on the reception day. Sponsored by fund center of students’ affair department and volunteered by Self-improvement society and students’ affair department assistant, “Green channel” provided services and helped new students from families with financial difficulties when they enrolled.On the afternoon of Sept. 7th, all departments held meetings for new students and parents in succession. They not only introduced the departments’ detailed development and matters that students needed to pay attention to, but also answered questions proposed by students and parents.
