The 6th Session of NCEPU Communist Youth League Congress and the 7th Student Congress Held

        On the morning of April 20th, the 6th session of NCEPU Communist Youth League Congress and the 7th Student Congress was grantly held in our campus.

        The Communist Youth League central schools deputy director of universities Chen Wenen, deputy secretary of municipal party committee of Communist Youth League of Beijing Xiong Zhuo, technical secondary school,vice minister of the Communist Youth League Beijing municipal universities department of technical secondary schools Tong Licheng, our campus' party secretary Wu Zhigong, deputy party secretary Hao Yingjie, leaders of organization department, propaganda department, student affairs department, research department, discipline inspection commission and other related functional departments and the party secretary and deputy secretary of respective schools and all the previous cadres attended the congress. 114 representatives from all levels of our campus' Youth League organizations, representatives of student congress, and more than 1000 representatives of Younth League members attended the congress as well.

        The opening ceremony was hosted by deputy league secretary Wang Jiling, who announced the opening of the congress. Representatives from brotherly universities, league secretary of University of Science and Technology Beijing  Liu Xiaodong, executive chairman of Beijing students federation Fan Yizhou both addressed the opening ceremony.

        Deputy secretary of municipal Communist Youth League of Beijing Xiong Zhuo spoke highly of the work conducted by the Communist Youth League of NCEPU in recent years and he also expressed hope that it would be done even better in the new era.

        Communist Youth League central schools deputy director of universities Chen Wenen stressed that Youth League organizations should do well in the work of leading students' ideology, and that students should earnestly learn and practice the guiding principles of the 18th Party Congress, forging ahead arduously, making innovations and pursuing excellence to realise the "Chinese Dream".

        Party secretary Wu Zhigong gave a speech on carrying forward traditions, studying diligently, practicing and innovating courageously to be the era pioneers of the party and the country.

        Our campus' Youth League secretary Lin Changqiang and student  representative Geng Kunlong gave Youth League work report respectively.

        The closing ceremony of the congress was hosted by deputy secretary of the Youth League Wang Xinjun, who announced the election results of next term members of Youth League Committee and Student Congress. The work report resolutions of League Congress and Student Congress were respectively discussed and approved by representatives present at the congress. Deputy party secretary Hao Yingjie also attended the congress and gave a speech entitled To Combine Chinese Dream with the Dream of Youth and the Dream of NCEPU.

        Lastly, the congress concluded smoothly with all the representatives singing with spirit the song of Chinese Communist Youth League.
