The successful completion of Turkmenistan Power Seminar

        On April 24, the closing ceremony of Turkmenistan Power Seminar hosted by NCEPU was held. Xu Yanping and Bian Yanzhen, respectively the director and the deputy director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Commerce Department in Hebei province and Professor Wang Zengping attended the ceremony.

        The closing ceremony was presided over by Liu Jianfu, the Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department of NCEPU.

        Xu Yanping made a speech on behalf of the Commerce Department in Hebei province: he expressed heartfelt congratulations to the successful hosting of the seminar and completion of all students, and showed sincere thanks to the leadership, faculty and all staff of NCEPU who organized this seminar meticulously and worked painstakingly. He wished that the communication and cooperation between Turkmenistan with Hebei Province can be expanded further in power, economic, trade and other fields through the joint efforts of both sides.

        In Wang Zengping’s speech, he expressed his congratulation to the 19 Turkmenistan students with their successful completion of the training on behalf of NCEPU. He stressed that the development of electricity is the only way to improve the standard of people’s living and revitalize the economy in developing countries. The 14-day learning seminar was a great success, which writes a new chapter for the expansileexchanges, the in-depthcooperation and communication between China and Turkmenistan.

        Student representative Hilda Edinburgh said, he thanked very much for the success of this seminar hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the embassy of the People's Republic of China, Department of Commerce of Hebei province and NCEPU. This seminar integrated rich theoretical knowledge and practical application experience, and they benefited a lot from the experience of China's growing power technology. They have learned new information and knowledge from this fruitful seminar, and they will make every effort to promote the establishment of friendly and cooperative relations between Turkmenistan and China in the field of electricity.

        This is the ninth issue of the ministry of commerce foreign aid technical training class hosted by NCEPU. Leaders who attended the closing ceremony granted the Certificate of Completion to students, exchanged commemorative gifts and posed photos for memory. Zhang Dean, the deputy director of President Office and other staff participated in the closing ceremony.
