NCEPU Confucius Institute in Suez Canal University (Egypt) was Awarded “Advanced Confucius Institute of the Year 2012”

        NCEPU Confucius Institute in Suez Canal University was honored with “Advanced Confucius Institute” of the year 2012 in the 7^th Confucius Institute Conference held by NOCFL. Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, State Councilor and Ms. Liu Yandong, chairman of Confucius Institute headquarter awarded the prize to Dr. M.A. Mohamedien, representative of Suez Canal University.

        The 7^th Worldwide CI Conference awarded 26 advanced Confucius Institutes, 4 advanced Confucius classes, 30 advanced individuals and 10 advanced partner schools selected from 400 Confucius Institutes in total.

        The Confucius Institute of Suez Canal University (Egypt) was jointly launched by NCEPU and Suez Canal University, which has received great support and help from both Chinese Embassy in Egypt and NOCFL for the passing four years since its establishment. With continuous joint efforts in building and developing the Confucius Institute of Suez Canal University (Egypt), extensive attention has been drawn for its diversified teaching methods and colorful cultural activities. In 2012, the Confucius Institute of Suez Canal University made great progress in accommodating itself in university and communities, which were highly appraised in the speech delivered by member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Commit, State Councilor and Ms. Liu Yandong, chairman of Confucius Institute headquarter in the opening ceremony of the 7^th CI Conference.
