Baoding Campus Held Young Teacher Seminar

       On November 20, Baoding campus held the young teacher seminar. Liu Jizhen, President of NCEPU, Zhang Jinhui, Deputy Secretary of Party committee and Vice President,MiZengqiang and GuoXiaofeng, Assistants of President, heads of Personnel Division,Academic Administration, Science and Technology College and more than 20 young key teachers from different departments of Baoding campus participated in the seminar. Deputy Secretary Zhang Jinhui presided over the seminar.

       Qu Tao, Deputy Director of Personnel Division introduced the overall situation of the teachers in Baoding campus, doctors’ proportion and the internationalization as well asthe structure of the professional title. He particularly pointed that currently the young teachers account for a large proportion and they face many difficulties, such as the teaching, scientific research, personal development and so on. All of these need to be solved urgently.

       President Liu Jizhen pointed that the young teacher seminar held by our school aimed to hear the voice of the teachers at basic level. We hope that the participants can boldly speak out the difficulties and problems, and then we can jointly consult them and find out the solutions. We encourage all of us can speak out freely and provide precious suggestion for building a high level university standing at the height of the school’s future development.

       The participants expressed their thanks for the school’s cultivation and concerns. At the same time, they are inspired by the school’s achievements for the recent years. They hope our university can provide more supports on the recruitments of graduate supervisors, the assessment of the professional title, studying aboard and the opportunities of participating in the international conference. Meanwhile, they also want to get more assistanceon improving their working conditions, scientific experiments and housing, which can help them devote themselves into the teaching and scientific research and create more achievements for the university.

       President Liu Jizhen earnestly listened to the suggestions of the young teachers. He pointed thatthrough the presentation, we found that in recent years the quality of the young teachers has been greatly improved and many outstanding teachers emerge in our university, which is very inspiring for us. Our university will attach more importance to the young teachers, actively formulate the scientific measures and practically solve the existing problems among the young teachers. We will do our best in building the excellent conditions for the young teachers, pay more attention to the cultivation for the young teachers from work and life and foster more and more outstanding teachers for our school.

       Deputy Secretary Zhang Jinhui pointed out in the summary that it is moving that the participants put forward their own ideas and suggestions and expressed their concern and love for our university. President Liu Jizhen, as the President, senior and tutor, expressed earnest instruction and ardent hope with deep emotion and hope everyone can bear in mind. Meanwhile, he claimed that relevantdepartments should seriously summarize the specific problem mentioned in the seminar and put forward solution as soon as possible.
