Vice President Yang Yongping Visited International Education Institute of NCEPU

       On November 2, Vice President Yang Yongping visited International Education Institute.Li Yang, Secretary of CPC Branch of International Education Institute, Duan Chunming, Deputy Dean, Zhou Tao, Deputy Dean, Jiang Liangjie, Vice Secretary of CPC Branch and all the staffs participated in the meeting.Secretary Li Yang and Deputy Dean Duan Chunming report on the current situation and future work plan of International Education Institute since its materialized operation.

       Vice President Yang Yongping reviewed the development process of International Education Institute, which grew out of nothing, expand from small to big and develop gradually. He also spoke  highly of the achievements obtained by the institute and pointed that as one of the growing points of our school, we attached great importance to the work of international education institute. Meanwhile, he put forward higher requirements for the institute.

       Vice President Yang Yongping emphasized that International Education Institute should grasp the opportunity of the materialized operation and emphatically undertake the following tasks from the leadership system, working system and so on. Firstly, the institute should make the long-term plan based on the overall objectives of International Education Institute, strengthen the combination of long-term and short-term plan and laid the solid foundation for the active and orderly work in international education institute. Secondly, the institute should further grasp the breakthrough points, fully investigate and demonstrate them and find out the cooperative pattern, which is suitable for our school. Thirdly, the institute should cultivate the new growing point and strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprises. Fourthly, the institute should pay much attention to the cooperation with the International Cooperation Department and other schools. Fifthly, the institute should further strengthen the leadership construction.

       Secretary Li Yang expressed that the leaders and all the staffs of the International Education Institute under the guidance of the 12th Five- Year Plan of our school, should deeply understand the spirit of the speech delivered by Vice President Yang Yongping, strengthen investigation, clarify working objectives, innovate working mode, forge ahead, be united as one, and advance towards all-dimension, multilevel, broad field, high-level development of our international education.
