Leaders of Hebei Science and Technology Department Came to NCEPU Baoding to Research

      Report from Baoding campus: On April 17, Leaders of Hebei Science and Technology Department (HEBSTD) came to survey on the key laboratory cooperatively built by universities and Central SOEs. Zhao Xuejun, Deputy Director of Hebei Science and Technology Platform construction and basic research, Guo Weidong, an investigator of Hebei Science and Technology Department, Wangwei, Director of Baoding Science and Technology Planning Department, Lv Fangcheng, President Assistant of NCEPU and other university administrators, and representatives of all departments and laboratories attended the meeting.

     President Assistant Lv Fangcheng expressed warm welcomeand introduced the situation of the cooperation of universities and Central SOEs. Representatives of related departments and laboratoriesgave specific reports on the current situation of cooperation and future plans.

     Leaders of HEBSTD seriously listened to the reports and gave full affirmation to the well work foundation of the long-term cooperation. Deputy Director Zhao Xuejun said that HEBSTD recently issued a document on basis of last meeting, which showed the HEBSTD’s great attention. With the cooperation between Hebei Provincial Government & the Party Committee and Central SOEs, HEBSTD would encourage and guide universities and Central SOEs cooperatively build a batch of key laboratory, so as to bring further promotion of research innovation ability of Hebei Scientific. NCEPU would fully develop its advantage, positively participate and make great achievement.

     President assistant Lv Fangcheng expressed great gratitude to Hebei Province and Baoding Science and Technology Department. He said that NCEPU positively seek for multi-level cooperation with Hebei Province. After attending the co-construction Kickoff meeting organized by HEBSTD on April 6, leaders paid great attention to it. On the basis of conveying meeting spirit, they seriously organized and planned, established a workgroup and preliminary confirmed a work plan of next step. NCEPU would take this chance of cooperation to build a laboratory and actively participate in infrastructure construction. In the laboratory infrastructure, R & D projects and personnel training etc., then enhance social service ability and level, to play a greater role in rapid development of Hebei Province.
