NCEPU Taekwondo Team Won Several Prizes in 7th Beijing College Students Taekwondo Competition

        On December 10^th, the 7^thBeijing College Students Taekwondo Competition was held in the gymnasium of Beijing Technology University, which was participated by more than 500 athletes from over 30 colleges and universities.

        NCEPU students, who never feared strong opponents, strived hard to acquire first prize in women’s team, second prize in men’s team, second prize in mixed doubles, second and forth prize in men’s individual event, third and forth prize in women’s individual event in the poomsae competition of Group A, and 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes and 5 third prizes in the competitive events of Group A. Some students who were injured insisted in competing, won both good results in the contest and high appraise from judgers and other competitors. Yang Man was awarded the honor of Excellent Athlete, and Cai Limin won honor of Excellent Tutor. NCEPU Taekwondo Team put on sound performance in this competition, laying a good foundation for competitive sports for the university.
