College Enrollment after the Entrance Examination Goes on Well

        With overall preparation, the 2011 college enrollment of NCEPU Beijing Campus started on July 9^th, and everything goes well recently.

        With regard to the admission scores or the analog scores of the 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in China, the 2011 admission scores of NCEPU keep rising this year.

         In many provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, the admission scores of sciences are much higher than the key admission scores: the lowest admission scores (or autonomous regions and municipalities) are 100 scores over the key admission scores in 3 provinces, 99 and 98 scores over the key admission scores in 2 provinces, 70 to 90 scores over the key admission scores in 8 provinces; generally the admission scores of sciences in 22 provinces (or autonomous regions or municipalities) are higher this year than that of 2010. It is the same with arts: the lowest admission score is 60 scores over the key admission score in one province, 59 and 56 scores over the key admission scores in 2 provinces, 30 to 50 scores over the key admission scores in 10 provinces; in general the admission scores of arts in 21 provinces (or autonomous regions or municipalities) are higher this year than that of 2010.

       Enrollment, as a key affair of NCEPU, plays an important role in admitting excellent student into this university so as to cultivate high-level talents. NCEPU actively carries out the “Sun Project” and implements relevant regulation issued by the Ministry of Education and all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. All staff engaged in enrollment, responsible for every student handing in application, for NCEPU and for the society, work with high enthusiasm and prudent attitude, abiding by policies issued by the state. The supervision group pays close attention throughout the enrollment. Staff sends admission notices carefully through EMS to ensure all students being admitted get their notices in time. Secretaries take great trouble to collect and classify the large amount of documents. The reception group receives every phone call, every student and their parents with hospitality. The logistics staff provides catering to ensure the smooth enrollment.

       In order to accomplish the enrollment, the leader team of NCEPU held a meeting to notify the preparation, arrange all tasks, and put forward strict requirement. After that, the admission office held a corporation meeting among relevant departments and a training course among staff engaged in enrollment to clarify detailed requirement in policy implementation, normative process, strict requirement, logistics guarantee, and internet safety.

       The enrollment goes on in sound order now. NCEPU staff engaged in enrollment will keep on working hard to ensure fair and justice in college enrollment with more sense of responsibility and better service.
