Vice President of Electricite de France Was Appointed as Visiting Professor at NCEPU

Vice executive president, president of strategic planning and international affairs department, Jean-Paul Bouttes from Electricite de France gave a lecture on electric power economics in the Conference Hall on September 22, which offered the students of NCEPU a feast of spirit. Before the lecture, NCEPU Vice President Li Chengrong conferred the Visiting Professor Appointment Letter to Jean-Paul Bouttes.

    On the lecture, Jean-Paul Bouttes first introduced the development of Electricite de France. EDC is an experienced company committing to the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electricity. He pointed out that the European market reform is a gradual process and the focus of the new package is network opening and market integration. He also talked about electric power and climate change.
    Combining theory with practice, Jean-Paul Bouttes’s lecture was well received by all the audience present.
