In business simulation competition, the company’s competitive environment is simulated by computers and the participants competed and practiced in virtual companies to conduct the business policy-making training. Business simulation competition mainly aims to train the competitors to make wise decisions for their companies to achieve strategic targets in the changing business environment. Business simulation guides the trainees to apply principles of management into practice flexibly, improves their analytical abilities, judgment and flexibilty and cultivate their spirits of teamwork. Compared with other forms of classroom teaching, decision simulation is much more competitive, interesting and practical.

Business simulation competition is carried out periodically. At the beginning of each period, companies should make plans for production, transportation, marketing, financial management, human resource management and so on, and then input these plans into computers within the given time. Based on the plans and status quo of each company, the software decides the sales volume of each company according to simulative market operation mechanism, evaluated a series of business indicators and finally made comprehensive evaluation for business results of each company. After stages of simulation, companies are ranked according to the comprehensive business results.
