NCEPU Students Won the First Prize in the National College Students' Mathematics Competition for the First Time

      On March 15, the fifth session of the national college students' mathematical contest finals was held at the university of science and technology of China .Cui Zeyu, from baoding campus electricity experimental class1201, won the first prize. This is our first time to win the first prize in the national finals since we participated in the competition ,which not only realized the historical breakthrough, but also was the only first prize in the colleges and universities in Hebei province in the contest. At the same time, Qu Lisong from power 1008 class won the second prize, Wang Yifei from electricity experimental class1102 won the third prize.
 

      In total of 52102 students from 28 conferences’ 528 colleges and universities attended the contest, and after preliminary selection, 278 people were permitted in the national finals. At last 22 people y won the first prize in mathematics major, 47 people won the first prize in the non mathematics major.
 

      Baoding campus chose 106 students in Hebei district preliminaries, Wang Fuhai Yang Yuhua counseled students seriously . In a total of six students qualified the national finals In Hebei division of mathematics major, in which 3 students came from NCEPU and obtained the excellent result in the final.
