Headmaster Liu Jizhen was Elected Vice President of Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering

      On May 19 to 20, the tenth member congress of CSEE was held in Beijing. President Liu Jizhen, academician Cuixiang, professor Li Lin of our school were invited to the meeting. By the first meeting election of the tenth CSEE council, Zheng Baosen, deputy general manager of SGCC was elected chairman of the tenth council of CSEE, Liu Jizhen, president of NCEPU was elected vice President of the 10th council, Ji academician Yang Qixun, Professor Cui Xiang were elected member of the tenth council. At the same time, Liu Jizhen was reappointmented the chairman of the Council on Youth and Social Work Education of CSEE, professor Cui Xiang was reappointmented the chairman of Professional Council on Theory and New Technology of Electrical Engineering of CSEE. 
 

      According to the Articles of CSEE which requires that the member representative assembly should be held once every five years, the ninth council expired on May 2014.On May 19 to 20, the tenth national congress elected the tenth council, chairman, vice chairman, secretary general, and the nomination of deputy secretary-general, directors of working committee is approved by the council. The congress examined and approved the work report of the ninth council named strives for realism and innovation, gather strength and strive to build first-class modern science and technology association, given by Shu Yinbiao, representative chairman of the ninth council. The congress also approved the Constitution of CSEE（Revise）,Regulations of CSEE membership dues, the Financial Report of the 9th Council of CSEE and other documents. The congress also held the the launching ceremony of China Power Encyclopedia (Third Edition), the award ceremony of 2013 China electric power science and technology awards, and the exhibition on reviewing work of the ninth council –Inheritance, Innovation, Development.

      CSEE,a non-profit academic corporate social groups, is voluntarily formed and legally registered by scientific and technical workers from national electrical engineering field. CSEE is one of the important social power of China electrical engineering scientific career, which was founded in 1934 with its headquartered in Beijing. CSEE was subordinate to SGCC, and accept the operational guidance and supervision of China Association for Science and Technology and Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China
