NCEPU Won Silver Award in CIIF

     On November 8, the 16th China International Industry Fair (hereinafter referred to as CIIF) ended at Shanghai New International Expo Center. A total of 216 exhibits from 140exhibitors at home and abroad took part in the 40 awards competition this year. Finally, the project from North China Electric Power University, “Air-flow-field Guiding Device of Large-Scale Thermal Power with Direct-air-cooling System”, won a silver award (ranked the first among the silver awards) in CIIF.Since NCEPU’s participation,it was the third time to win award in the CIIF.
    
    On the theme of “High-end, Intelligent, Green”, the 5-day CIIF focused on industry development attractions, and insisted on independent innovation and industrial restructuring.The CIIF was the only national fair with four major functions (exhibition, trade, award appraisal and forum), and the function of award appraisal was the unique.
    The leaders of NCEPU attached importance to the participation of this CIIF, vice-president, Sun Zhongquan attended the fair and gave guidance. The six industrialization projects selected by NCEPU were exhibited at this CIIF, includethe Air-flow-field Guiding Device of Large-Scale Thermal Power with Direct-air-cooling System, the Data Platform and Application System of Smart Grid’s Distribution Network Planning, the Indoor Air Purifier Based on New Nano-Structure, etc.  
   
   Total of 670 projects from 69 colleges and universities took part in this exhibition in the exhibition area of colleges and universities. The project from NCEPU, Data Platform and Application System of Smart Grid’s Distribution Network Planning, won the second prize of this exhibition area. At the same time, the Outstanding Organization Award and the Outstanding Individual Award in this exhibition area were respectively awarded to NCEPU and Jin Haiyan.
