NCEPU’s Accession to Innovation Union of China Optoelectronic Industries

    On December 26th, the establishment of the general assembly of the Innovation Union of China Optoelectronic Industries was held in Power Valley International Hotel in Baoding, Hebei province. North China Electric Power University (NCEPU), as the initiator and the member of this Union, attended the meeting. There is an in-depth discussion between NCEPU and the other enterprises. Yang Meng, vice mayor of Baoding city, attended the conference and delivered an opening speech.

    Yan Luguang, the academician of China Academy of Sciences, served as the chief expert of the Union. Wang Zengping, the vice president of NCEPU, and Ding Changfu, the director of NCEPU were appointed the directors of Union. Ding Changfu was nominated the head of Industrial Promotion Center of Union.     The Innovation Union of China Optoelectronic Industries is committed to establish an integrated industry chain of optoelectronic technology development, product production and market promotion under the instruction of China Association for Promotion of Industrial Research and Cooperation, and set up a public service platform of science and technology. With all industries’ joint effort, Innovation Union of China Optoelectronic Industries would break through key technologies and popularize them in application, so as to play an active role in leading and demonstrating for lifting the core competitiveness of China optoelectronic cable and optoelectronic grid industries, and enhancing innovation and cooperation in the regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province.
