The President of North China Electric Power University, Liu Jizhen Has Been Once Again Elected as the Vice President of China Electricity Council

On December the 23rd, the 6th national congress and the first meeting of the 6th council of China Electricity Council was held in Beijing. North China Electric Power University was once again elected as the vice president unit of China Electricity Council, the president of North China Electric Power University, Liu Jizhen was once again elected as the vice president of China Electricity Council and the assistant to the president of North China Electric Power University, Wang Qinghua was elected as the standing director of the 6th council of China Electricity Council. The vice president of North China Electric Power University, Sun Zhongquan, the assistant to the president of North China Electric Power University, Wang Qinghua, the office director of the university-enterprise cooperation office, Hu Sangao attended the meeting.

Both the re-election of Liu Jizhen as the vice president of China Electricity Council and the election of North China Electric Power University, the only university in China, as the vice president unit of China Electricity Council have illustrated that the development achievements of North China Electric Power University in recent years and our university’s social contributions have been spoken highly of and fully affirmed by the power industry of China, also meaning that our university will shoulder greater responsibility and play a bigger role in the personnel training, the scientific research, the social service, the cultural leading and other aspects of the energy and electric power industry.
